Sorry, no cute pooches hanging their heads out of this car.

I recently shot some video for PopDust’s “On the Road With Patrick Stump”. Before his gig at Webster Hall, Stump (Fall Out Boy) rides around New York City in a Ford Fiesta checking out The New Museum, Rivington Guitars and Other Music. I did all of the interior and exterior GoPro shots.

GoPro HD Hero2 Unboxing

Just got the GoPro HD Hero2. Here’s a quick unboxing video I made (shot on iPhone 4). One of the key components under the hood is the more powerful Ambarella A5s chip. This is a an upgrade from the previous Ambarella A2s. It’s still amazing that these chips can pack even more power!

Here’s something I’ve wanted to try for some time. It’s an attempt to create the Matrix “bullet time” shot. Thanks to Ben and Ricky for lending me their GoPros for the week. I had a total of four mounted to the hood of a car. I just acquired another GoPro so next time will be with 5 GoPro cameras and more accurate alignment.

Last year I decided it would make sense to get some YouTube traffic for ThatSongSoundsLike.com. Using Adobe After Effects I set up a fairly simple template that allows me to import new album art and audio and automatically render the waveforms. Here is the video version of Britney Spears vs. Jermaine Jackson.
